Aryabhatt Educational and Health trust has played an active role in the field of skill development by actively participating in the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikash Yojana (PMKVY). Since 2016, the trust has made significant contributions to empowering the workforce by providing training to a considerable number of individuals. In the year 2017-18 alone, the trust trained 13,372 individuals under the program. This was followed by the training of 510 individuals in 2018-19 and 2,356 individuals in 2019-20. These training initiatives span across various sectors, ensuring that participants acquire industry-relevant skills and knowledge.

Aryabhatt Educational and Health trust affiliation with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) for PMKVY training dates back to 2014. Through this collaboration, the trust has conducted training programs in multiple sectors such as Plumbing, Retail, Health Care, Agriculture, Automobile, Construction, BFSI, IT, and more. With their efforts, they have successfully trained and certified over 18,000 trainees in various sectors.
