Aryabhatt Educational and Health trust  has forged partnerships with various Integrated Tribal Development Agencies (ITDAs), Odisha Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes Development Finance Corporation (OSFDC), and Odisha Tribal Development Society (OTDS) to implement placement-linked skill training programs. These collaborative initiatives are aimed at empowering candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) communities. Through these programs, Aryabhatt Educational and Health trust  has successfully trained over 12,000 SC and ST candidates, providing them with valuable skills and knowledge to enhance their employability. Additionally, the trust has placed over 7,500 candidates in various industries and sectors, ensuring that their training leads to meaningful employment opportunities. By focusing on placement-linked skill training and emphasizing the inclusion of SC and ST candidates, Aryabhatt Educational and Health trust  is making significant strides towards bridging the socio-economic gap and promoting equal opportunities for marginalized communities.
